| June 10th 1953. |
The Ministry for Mining and Energy Supply issues the decree
No. 207.736 and thus founds the Research Department of the Mecsek Coal Mining Trust in
order to prevent and overcome the mining risks in the Mecsek Mines. |

| July 1st 1963. |
The mines of the Pécs and Komló coal basin join and form
the Mecsek Coal Mining Trust. The Research Department continues its activity within the
frame of the newly founded company. |

| January 1st 1984. |
The Research Department obtains the sphere of authority of
an independent plant of the Mecsek Coal Mining Company and becomes the Research Centre of
the company. |
|
| January 1st 1990. |
The Research Centre, together with the Mecsek Coal Mining
Company, as well as with its employees found GEOPARD Ltd. |
|
| February 16th 1998. | GEOPARD Ltd. become 100 % employee owned company. |
